Chester has been a star in foster with Foster Mum Tina. He is a very friendly and loveable dog who enjoys meeting people and dogs and being around his foster family. He is enjoying lots of attention and strokes and is becoming an affectionate young boy who his FM describes as becoming a very well rounded dog.

Things to be aware of:
Chester will go on ‘high alert’ when there is a lot of noise, and he can become stressed and will start barking.
Chester came into foster on the chunky side, and he has been on a diet in his foster home. This will need to be continued until he gets to his target weight.
The ideal home:
Because Chester can become stressed and anxious with loud noises, we feel he would be better placed with dog savvy children aged 8 years and over who understand the need to be calm, or in a child free home.
He has never lived with a dog before and whilst he is very friendly outside the home, we feel it’s better for him to be rehomed as an ‘only dog’.
Chester is a smashing boy who will make a lovely companion. He is a good traveller so we will consider a new home up to 4 hours from his current location.
Chester’s adoption donation fee is £450 and will need to be paid in full prior to him going home which will also be subject to a home check.
