Ember – In Foster – Midlands
The girl with no name now named #Ember
Please welcome Ember into the arms of our Springboard family
Ember is believed to be aged 5 and she has clearly been bred from before being dumped on the street
Her time in kennels was up, and she needed a safe placement so yesterday, Co-ordinator Emma Turnbull, volunteer Laura Mackintosh and new foster volunteer Shelley Shell jumped into action and brought this girl into foster care
Understandably Ember was stressed to the eyeballs, and she needed a calm dog free home where she could relax and unpack her recent life events
Thank you very much to Emma for collecting Ember for us and to Laura for road training her to meet Shelley and to Shelley who will be fostering this little girl in the Midlands. We very much appreciate you all giving up your time to help her and we hope you will enjoy your experience fostering for us Shelley
Ember had a reasonably settled night and today she is calmer and interested to explore hew new world including the Koi Carp in the garden which is very interesting
Shelley has given Ember the once over and she doesn’t appear to be in too bad a shape but obviously she will need her vet check and then we can organise her spay.
We don’t know what life has thrown at this little girl but whatever it was she didn’t deserve to be dumped, so please join us in welcoming Ember onto her Springboard journey knowing her hard times are now over
