Diesel – Adopted

Diesel Is Home
Our handsome boy Diesel headed off to his forever home over the weekend and was welcomed by his wonderful new family, Leigh and Scott
Diesel came into foster care back in January after being found as a stray. He spent his 7-day hold in kennels, patiently waiting and hoping his owner would come forward. When no one came for him, the kennel reached out to us to see if we could step in
That’s when Andy, his incredible foster dad, stepped up without hesitation. Andy brought Diesel home, gave him the time and space he needed to decompress, and gently helped him lower his walls and begin to trust again
Andy, you’ve been there for Diesel every step of the way. Thank you for being such an important part of his journey — you’ve been amazing, and we’re so grateful to you and your family. We hope you’ll foster with us again in the future
And now to his forever family — Leigh and Scott, congratulations!
Diesel, now lovingly renamed Ted, welcome to your forever life. We wish you nothing but happiness, love, and endless cuddles
Please join us in welcoming the very handsome Diesel to the Geordie Bullies family
Diesel is sadly another dog who found himself wandering the streets alone during the cold, dark days of winter. Thankfully, he was found and taken to one of the kennels we regularly work with.
When Diesel arrived into foster care, he had an upset tummy, which is to be expected after so much change and not eating a proper diet whilst living on the streets. He also has cherry eye in his right eye, but other than this, we have no immediate concerns for his health — which is great news!
Due to Diesel being found as a stray, we have no history of his health or background, but we believe he is around 2–3 years old. As with all our dogs, Diesel will be going to the vets this week for a full health check.
Over the weekend, Diesel was collected by his foster dad, Andy, and he is already making himself at home and proving to be the perfect house guest
We would like to say a huge thank you to Andy and his family for opening up their home to Diesel at a time when he needed it the most. We truly hope you enjoy your first foster experience
With some love, home comforts, and a good diet, Diesel will hopefully soon be showing us all his cheeky personality, which we just know is waiting to burst out!
