Edith – In Foster – North West

Ediths Story

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to one of the newest members of the GBSR family — beautiful Edith. Last week we received a surrender form for Edith and her sister (who you’ll meet very soon). The girls had been living separately outdoors as they didn’t get along, and sadly, due to a relationship breakdown, their owners were no longer able to keep them

We’re so grateful we were able to step in and bring them into our care. Edith was collected on Saturday by her wonderful fosterers, Tasha and William, and she is now settling into foster life with them in the Midlands. Edith is a lovely 8-year-old, unspayed girl who absolutely adores attention. She’s slowly adjusting to life indoors, although everyday household noises still make her quite unsure. Poor Edith is also suffering from a very sore-looking cherry eye, which we’ll be getting checked by the vets as soon as possible

The girls haven’t been walked in a very long time and were largely left to their own devices, so this is all a big change for them. They’ll need plenty of time, patience, and space to decompress and adjust to their new lives. For now, please help us welcome our gorgeous girl, Edith, to the GBSR family

As Edith has only just arrived into foster with us, please do not apply or ask to register interest at this time.she is not yet available, and any applications submitted now will not be valid until her status changes from In Foster to Applications Available.
