Koda – Now Adopted!

Koda is Home

The good news just keeps on coming!

Koda arrived back in July, having been passed from pillar to post. She was a complete shell and shutting down. Kathy and Paul rushed to collect her immediately, and we couldn’t be happier for her!

Your selflessness is outstanding, and we’re grateful for your swift action.

A few days later, Koda moved to her long-term foster home with foster dad Martin. Martin was fully prepared to nurture Koda back to full strength. She received medicated baths to combat her skin conditions and love to combat her heart and soul. She was truly cherished.

Her light started to shine bright! She was healing inside and out. It was time to find her forever home.

We’re so grateful to Martin for nursing Koda back to full health and loving her the way she deserves. She will never forget you! You were her light in her darkest days.

To Kodas new family, Richard & Michelle and Mia, we can see she’s totally ruined with you already – just as she should be! !!

We’re over the moon for you all!

Please help us congratulate Richard, Michelle, their daughter Mia and their new girl Koda!

Koda

Please welcome Koda into our Springboard family

Koda is a 4 year old entire girl who has experienced a very unsettled time in her life

We were asked to take Koda after she had been dumped in a crate on a doorstep having been rehomed and then returned unannounced

When her rescuers went to get her, the crate was empty and after 2 days of searching for her, they discovered the dog warden had her, so at least she was safe

We were contacted to see if we could take Koda and yesterday Kathy Anderson travelled to collect her

Thank you for opening up your home for another foster Kathy, we are very grateful to you for taking Koda for us

Koda is in a mess ..not only has she been bred from multiple times, she has been passed around, rehomed and dumped. She was good enough to breed from but no-one was interested in her welfare

Unsurprisingly Koda is taking a while to settle. She is a little bit unsettled from her horrid experiences but with Kathy & Paul’s fabulous care, she will soon start to decompress

Koda will be having her vet check early next week. We need to get a grip on her skin condition and check her eyes which are weepy and her ears are filthy & possibly infected – goodness knows what kind of life this poor girl has endured

So please join us in welcoming this beautiful girl into our family and onto her journey with us and we can’t wait to see your flourish
