We are introducing a new little girl called Peppa differently today
5 year old Peppa came into foster with Aimee on Friday having been rescued by her owner 2 months ago.
The owner contacted us as her resident dog had started attacking Peppa so she reached out to us.
Sadly Peppa hasn’t been very well over the past 24 hours. We have been keeping a close eye on her with her foster mum and early this morning Aimee updated us.
Peppa was declining rapidly and her breathing was becoming very restricted, so Aimee raced Peppa to the vet
By the time Aimee got there, Peppa had collapsed and her tongue was turning blue
Peppa is now intubated and the vets are doing everything they can to save her
