I CAN LIVE WITH

Children: Yes.

Cats: No.

Dogs: Yes; Male/Female, must be accepting of dogs in the home.

A BIT ABOUT ME

Personality:

Piglet is a happy sociable little girl, with a playful and inquisitive nature.

She will seek out attention and affection from people around her and thrives in the company

of humans and dogs.

Behaviour:

Piglet can be anxious around sudden loud noises or raised voices.

Piglet can be over excitable with food; she can display food aggression during mealtimes

with other dogs so is best fed separately.

Piglet knows basic commands.

Needs:

Piglet needs a calm, but active family environment.

Piglet would suit a family with a calm and laid-back dog in the home, but would also do very

well as an only dog.

Walk/exercise:

Piglet enjoys her walks; she can pull a little on lead but don’t require lots of exercise and she

stops when she’s had enough.

Piglet is excited when meeting unfamiliar dogs on walks.

Toilet trained:

Piglet may have the odd accident as she settles into a new home, this is normal for any dog

in a new environment. She is completely house trained in foster.

Travel:

Piglet loves a car ride, because of this we will accept applications of up to 4 hours from her

current location.

We recommend using a seatbelt harness or travel crate whenever transporting dogs.

Things to be aware of:

Piglet is due to be spayed, should this not be completed prior to adoption, she will be

rehomed on a “to be spayed” contract, to be completed at a vet agreed with the charity costs

covered by the charity.

Sometimes Piglet is excited to play but doesn’t realise her size, any young children in the

home must be supervised, as she has the potential to jump and knock children over.

Children must understand that bulldogs need time to settle in and have space to rest

peacefully and uninterrupted.

Additional information:

Piglet is affectionate, she loves going to work with her foster mum and interacting with the

visitors. She is the ideal companion happiest at your side. If you are looking for a dog to be

your sidekick, then Piglet is your girl.

Piglet’s adoption donation fee is £500 and will need to be paid in full prior to her going

home which will also be subject to a home check.

A little of Piglet’s story below,

Let’s give a warm and wiggly welcome to Piglet

Piglet is a delightful 3-year-old entire female who has joined us from the same kennel as our dashing Dax.
They reached out just after we collected Dax and of course we had to step in and help her.
Poor little Piglet is yet another example of horrendous back yard breeding in a quest to make our beloved breed smaller and smaller.

Why can’t they leave well alone?

Piglet is currently living it up in foster with Kelly Pike in the Midlands, and she’s already made herself right at home. Kelly, welcome to your first foster journey with us!
Piglet has been busy charming her foster family and getting them firmly wrapped around those adorable little paws of hers.

She’s in good condition and is a super affectionate and social little lady.
Here’s to new adventures and the delightful escapades of little Miss Piggy!
Let’s see where this takes us
