Charlie is Home
Our little Charlie Bear has found a new home with Darren and Meani who you may remember, sadly lost Harrison so suddenly, a few days after they adopted him.
Charlie was collected by a very excited Darren and Meani and it was love at 1st sight.
Charlie is such a clown, and it wasn’t long before Darren and Meani were laughing at his whirlwind ways and crazy antics.
He has explored his new home and has totally taken ownership of his new humans. After the sadness of Harrison, the house is once again full of fun, Charlie really is the tonic this family needed.
So will you please join us in congratulating Darren and Meani and family on their little whirlwind that is Charlie, We wish you a lifetime of endless fun and happiness and cannot wait to share the next chapter of your life with you

Charlie is a lovely little dog who adores being around the 2-year-old child in his foster home. He isn’t massively fond of toys apart from his teddy, he prefers charging around with the toddler. He is stubborn, comical and he makes his foster mum laugh every day.
He is happy out and about on his walks and will play with other dogs and he is a happy learner and enjoys learning new commands.

Things to be aware of:
Charlie has had allergies all his life and whilst he is starting to get better, this is going to be a long process. He will need to remain on his Royal Canine diet because of his allergies, which is readily available.
Charlie can be scared of people coming into the home and he will run and hide, he needs reassurance with this.
The ideal home:
Charlie has been such a lovely boy in foster and has fitted into a family with a friendly resident dog and a young child, so we are happy for him to be rehomed in a similar situation.
Other comments:
What an adorable little lad Charlie is.
His new family will need to be aware that he suffers from skin allergies, but this can be managed with regular medicated baths with the odd medical intervention. He will really make a fabulous family pet.
He is currently in foster with a St Bernard and like any typical English Bulldog, Charlie can play rough so he might be a too ‘full on’ for a small dog as a companion in the home.
He travels well, so we are happy to consider the perfect home up to 4 hours from his current location.
