Annie – In foster – Yorkshire & Humberside

We’d like to introduce you to the newest member of our Springboard family, #Annie 

Annie was surrendered into our care following a relationship breakdown. Heartbreakingly, her owner could no longer afford to keep up with her healthcare and made the incredibly difficult, selfless decision to give Annie the chance at a better life. As always, we ask for no judgement and polite comments only 

Annie has already undergone TPLO surgery and may require another, as she is showing signs of weakness in her legs 

She also has severe fur loss across her body, leaving her almost completely bald, with irritated skin — something we know we can help her overcome with the right diet, time, care, medication, and lots of love 

She will, of course, be booked in with our vets for a full health check soon 

She has been welcomed into foster by Sarah and Mark in Yorkshire, where she will be gently nursed back to full health and shown the kindness and comfort she truly deserves 

She has already met resident foster fur-sis Margo, and the two seem to be getting on well. As always, introductions will remain slow and gradual, and we’re hopeful this continues 

Welcome to the Springboard family, sweetheart… you’re safe now, and we’ll have you feeling like yourself again in no time 

We’d like to remind you that Annie has only just arrived into foster and will undergo a full assessment, along with any necessary healthcare, prior to being made available for adoption. Please do not try to apply for her at this time
