Bella – Now adopted
Bella is a lovely older girl who is very active and enjoys playing with toys and going out on walks, and she just loves all human attention and interaction. She is fine around other dogs outside the home and she is great on and off the lead.
Her favourite walks are along the beach where she can run through the water and and she will give a little cry when she wants attention which is very endearing

Things to be aware of:
Bella is wary over very tall men which makes her anxious and scared. She reacts with barking and growling so we think there must have been an incident in her past that she hasn’t been able to let go of. This hasn’t posed a problem but its something to be aware of.
The ideal home:
Bella likes to be around people so we feel a home where she is not left for long periods would be most suitable. She has been fine with visiting children in her foster home and wanted to jump up for kisses, but she can get excitable, so we are stipulating any children in the home need to be dog savvy and aged 10 years and over, and obviously visiting children would need to be supervised.
Other comments:
Bella came into foster after being found next to her owner who had passed away and then she ended up in kennels. She was understandably stressed and anxious but she has really started to blossom in the care of her foster mum and she is coming out of her shell.
Her foster mum describes her as very cute and funny and a little superstar …and she really is.
Bella is house trained and whilst she can be a little anxious in the car, she does settle down so we will consider her perfect home up to 4 hours fro her current location.
Bella’s adoption donation fee is £250 and will need to be paid in full prior to her going home which will also be subject to a home check.
