Lily – Now Adopted

We would love to introduce you to the gorgeous Lily. Lily is 18 weeks old and she has come to us as a sad owner hand in.

She was sadly a little too excitable for the resident rescue dog and the owners autistic child found her barking very difficult. They made the very sad decision to gift Lily to ensure that everyone’s wellbeing was paramount. You can imagine how difficult this was to do and we think that is so very brave of them.

Lily apparently has a congenital anomality that needs further investigation we are unsure of what as yet , she’s had pneumonia and has raspy breathing so further investigations will be required for this. Lily went straight to our vet yesterday and has a urine infection, blood in her poo and mucus from her vulva so has been given an antibiotic injection to treat this. Lily also requires her vaccinations so these need starting..

Lily is in foster with our lovely Jayne May and her family and has settled in well. She’s getting on well with the resident dogs Maisie and Dave and really loves to play.

Lily will now require a period of assessment before we look for her furever home.

Welcome to Geordie Bullies little lady… your journey begins right here
