Pablo & Cookie are home
Pablo and Cookie returned to foster care earlier this year under our lifetime rescue back-up guarantee. They were welcomed by Louisa and Wayne in the South East, who have done an incredible job nurturing the pair and bringing them back to full health. A huge thank you to Louisa and Wayne for everything they’ve done for Pablo and Cookie. When they asked if they could adopt them, there was only ever going to be one answer — yes. After all the change they have been through over recent years, it was the right decision to let them stay where they were
Pablo and Cookie have settled beautifully, and it’s clear they are right where they belong in their forever home. We wish Louisa, Wayne, Megan, Freya, Pablo and Cookie all the happiness in their forever after

These two found their home together last year, but sadly their family are now relocating for work. Thankfully, we were able to step in and welcome them back to their GBSR family. Pablo and Cookie are currently settling in with the lovely Louisa and Wayne in the South East of England. This is their very first time fostering with us, so a big welcome to the team!
Many of you may remember that this pair were previously in foster just over a year ago following a sad surrender. They’re a wonderful duo and we’re confident it won’t be long before they find their forever home again.

We are very pleased to announce that Pablo and Cookie have gone home
Pablo and Cookie joined John and Lisa and their children on Saturday and have settled well.
Thank you so much to their foster parents, Michelle and Mark, for preparing this beautiful duo for their forever home. You have been amazing with these two, and despite how hard things got with Pablos anxiety, you never gave up.We can’t thank you enough, and we are very grateful to you

Pablo & Cookie in foster
Pablo and Cookie are the second pair of dogs we have rescued from the same home.
Pablo is 4 years old and an unneutered male, and Cookie is a 2-year-old unneutered female.
This is a very sad surrender due to their owner’s relationship break down and the owner having some disabilities. She was struggling to take care of all of her dogs on her own and felt it was in their best interests to rehome them, so they receive the love and care they deserve

Pablo and Cookie had an unsettled first night in foster, but that’s to be expected after their long day travelling and leaving their mumma behind.
Pablo is a playful boy who is full of beans. He loves his toys and appears to be confident and adventurous, but he doesn’t like to be separated from his humans, who he loves to love.
Cookie appears to be in good condition apart from a couple of scabs on her ear and the top of her head.
This girl is anxious when outside and relies on Pablo for reassurance.
Cookie adores to love and be loved and is very affectionate.
This gorgeous pair will be visiting our vets for their health assessment in due course.
