Bronson – Now Adopted!

Our little pup Bronson is Home

A new home, and a new name for Bronson!!

Please say hello to Pablo, he is enjoying being part of Kerry and Michael’s gorgeous family. Isla and Erin had an amazing surprise when they returned home from school and are totally smitten.

To say Pablo is really happy is a slight understatement! He has been doing lots of happy butt wiggles, skipping around the garden and if that’s not enough he has also been doing zoomies around the house and gave his Dad a wash with that long tongue of his. Pablo is enjoying this new chapter and is loving getting to meet all his new family members.

So, without any further ado, please join us in congratulating Kerry, Michael, Isla and Erin on their gorgeous new boy, Pablo We wish you all a lifetime of endless fun and happiness together.

To Pablo, Happy forever home darling boy, we look forward to seeing all your future adventures with your new family. Be happy baby boy x

We would like to say a massive thank you to Heather on another amazing foster. Thank you so much for all your hard work in preparing Pablo for his new family, we are forever grateful as always x

A little bit about Bronson’s story below,

Bronson is every bit a lovable young bulldog, cheeky, funny and of course a little naughty but makes you forget the “naughty” with how adorable he is.

Bronson loves a good cuddle and bum scratch but isn’t overly needy of affection and will toddle away when he has had enough.

Bronson enjoys daily walks and is learning how to socialise with other dogs, he is extremely inquisitive and loves to introduce himself to everyone he meets, although can be overbearing and forceful with smaller dogs. He hasn’t a malicious bone in his body.

Bronson is doing well learning commands but in typical bullie fashion decides when to listen, and is incredibly gentle when taking treats from your hand. He does like to play but isn’t motivated by toys, he much prefers human interaction.

Dogs name: Bronson

Age:10 months

Can live with children: Yes, dog savvy.

Can live with dogs: Yes, no entire dogs.

Can live with cats: Untested.

Current location: Newbiggin by the Sea, Northumberland.

Things to be aware of:

Bronson is in his adolescent stage, and testing boundaries. He will scent mark on occasion and has been known to destroy a hairbrush or two if left with the run of the home unsupervised.

Bronson will be going home on a neuter contract to be done at 18months at a vet of the charity’s choice, and the costs covered by the charity.

Because of Bronson’s age any small children must be supervised as he has the potential to become excited and knock them over.

Bronson can be too much and dominant with smaller dogs.

Bronson can be extremely strong on the lead, due to excitement and how inquisitive he is, any training the foster family have put in place must continue in his new environment.

The ideal home:

Bronson needs an active family home, where he will be included in all that is family life. He needs someone who can be firm and continue his training and put boundaries in place for him.

Bronson would benefit massively from a medium to large older dog that can show him the ropes, help him mature and give him someone to share all life’s adventures with. He needs a family to bring him on to reach his full potential and give him an active fulfilled life.

Other comments:

There isn’t really any other way to describe Bronson other than a wonderfully typical young bulldog, who will steal your heart the moment you look into those beautiful puppy dog eyes of his. With the right family he has the potential to be an incredible bulldog. Such a wonderful boy deserves an incredible 5* home.
