Frank – Now Adopted!

Frank is Home!

We are ecstatic to announce Frank has found his loving forever home with Craig, Alicia and their three children Leaha, Lawson, Isabella and Rocco their fur baby.

Fabulous Frank was collected by his new family fell in love with him before they even got him home.

He has settled in beautifully and has wasted no time in getting to know his new surroundings. In fact, he’s already been doing zoomies around the garden, jumping onto the trampoline and bouncing with great gusto!

His Mum and Dad have had to keep the trampoline out of bounds until Frank ceases to be so hysterically excited. We think it’s safe to say he is keeping everyone on their toes.

Please join us in congratulating Alicia and Craig on their gorgeous new edition Frank. We wish you all a lifetime of endless fun and happiness together and look forward to seeing all your adventures.

Be a good boy Frank but most of all be very happy!

A massive thank you to Samantha Mercer on another amazing foster! Thank you so much for all your hard work in preparing Frank for his forever home. We are all very grateful to you x

A little of Frank’s story below,

Frank is a lively and loveable young boy who adores human fuss, cuddles and kisses and enjoys having another Bulldog for company. He shows no aggression sharing toys or at feeding time and is happy to meet and greet other dogs on his walks.

He has selective hearing and whilst he understands commands, he decides if he will abide by them, so he is walked on a long lead.

Dogs Name: Frank

Age: 2 years 7 months

Can live with children: Yes dog savvy children

Can live with dogs: Yes

Can live with cats:  Untested

Current location:  Camborne, Cornwall

Things to be aware of:

Frank loves to be chased but can become over stimulated and try to hump which is dealt with by a swift ‘stop it’ or ‘No’

He is Gluten intolerant so needs to remain on a Gluten Free diet which is readily available.

Frank has some separation anxiety, but he settles very well with the resident Bulldog when left.

The ideal home:

Frank loves having someone around for most of the day, although he settles well in the company of the Bulldog in his foster home so ideally, we would like him to go to a similar home where is has a playful companion he can form a bond with.

He is untested with children and whilst there is no malice in Frank, as mentioned, he will hump if over excited.

Because of this we feel any resident children would need to be dog savvy and old enough to understand not to over excite Frank and visiting children supervised.

He loves his walks so an active home would suit Frank and access to a garden as well as he like to mooch about and have a little sunbathe.

Other comments:

Franks foster mum describes Frank as a big softie who will make a lovely companion.

He loves playing with and sharing a bed with Mable his Bulldog foster sister so it would be fabulous if Frank found a home with another playful dog got company.

This adorable, handsome boy travels well so we will consider a home up to 4 hours from his current location in Cornwall.
