Lily – Now Adopted!
Lily is Home
We are absolutely overjoyed to announce Lily is now home!
Lily was collected by her new family, Sharon and Stuart.
She is enjoying being a huge part of their family and is very much being loved and adored, as Queen of the castle. And she took no time at all training the family in how to care for such royalty.
So please join us in congratulating Sharon and Stuart and family on their gorgeous new addition Lily
We wish you a lifetime of happiness together and look forward to sharing the next chapter of your life with you. Be happy Lily and enjoy your fabulous new life xx
A massive thank you to Debra Wilson on your first fabulous foster. You have done an amazing job, loving and caring for Lily and preparing her for her forever home. We are very grateful to you for everything.

She enjoys her walks and doesn’t react to dogs she sees when outside, although she hasn’t been very close.

Not every GBSR story is successful as our Lily can attest to. But we will always do what is best for our dogs. But second time round and Lily has found her perfect place in the world.
Lily was very sadly fighting with the other resident dog and upsetting the harmony within her home Her owner did the right thing for all concerned by contacting us for help to keep her safe.
Lily is now in foster with Claire and Bobbi and Bruce. So far, she is settling in well and Claire is already falling in love with all Lily’s charms.
This gorgeous girl will be under a period of assessment for the time being so please do not contact us about Lily. Welcome back into the arms of your GBSR family Lily.
The ideal home:
Any loving home where she won’t be left for long periods will be perfect for Lily. She loves interaction so she needs to be included as part of the family.
Children in the home will need to be dog savvy and obviously young children supervised.
Other comments:
What can we say about Lily? She is very lovable, and everyone she meets can’t help but fall for her because she is such a sweetheart.
She can’t live with other dogs, but she has shown no aggression outside the home although she hasn’t been in a pack situation.
She can be a little nervous around loud or new noises, but she settles with a few words of reassurance.
Lily’s foster mum has described her as a fantastic companion, and we know she will make a lovely addition to any loving family.
