Nancy – Now Adopted!
We have another amazing home announcement!
Miss Nancy fancy pants was collected by her very excited new slaves, Alec, Emma and Nancy’s very own New Brother Louie!!
Nancy has wasted no time making sure she is the princess of the house and has already had a wash and blow dry!
You have definitely landed on your paw’s little lady.
We would like to say a big thank you to Kate and her family on another successful foster. You have done an amazing job preparing Nancy for her forever home.
we know how much love you have for her.
We’re sure it won’t be long before you will be welcoming another Prince or Princess into your home.
So will you all please join us in congratulating Alec, Emma, their two children Alfie and Alisa and not forgetting the gorgeous Louie on their beautiful new girl. We hope you have lots of wonderful years together.

A BIT ABOUT ME
Personality:
Nancy is an incredibly affectionate you girl, who adores her humans.
She is playful and inquisitive, totally obsessed with toys.
If she isn’t playing, she will seek you out for cuddles and attention.
Behaviour:
Nancy is a little protective of toys so you have to distract her to take it, but she isn’t aggressive in anyway and will share and play with the resident dogs in the home.
She is a gentle soul, with just a perfect amount typical bulldog stubbornness.
On a few occasions she’ll hide from new people, with patience and reassurance she
has come out of her shell.
Needs:
Nancy needs a calm home environment, with a family that will keep her involved with all that is daily family life.
Nancy loves the company of other dogs, so any dogs in the home must be accepting of other dogs in the home and have no possessive behaviours with food or toys.
A garden is a must for this girl, she loves to explore and take in her environment.
Walk/exercise:
Nancy loves a walk, she can pull to start off with, but with continued training this will improve. She walks very well as part of a pack and on her own. She is very responsive to commands.
Nancy is very friendly and likes meeting new dogs and people out on her walks.
Toilet trained:
Nancy is a very good girl; she may have an accident as she settles and learns her new environment and routine.
Can be left:
Nancy settles very well; she can be left for up to 4 hours in the company of the resident dogs in the home.
Travel:
Nancy travels very well on the back seat. Because of this we will accept applications of up to 4 hours from her current location. We recommend using a seat belt restraint or crate when travelling in a car.
Things to be aware of:
Nancy is booked to be spayed 2nd February 2024, any resident dogs in the home must be spayed or neutered.
Nancy wont be rehomed with any entire dogs.
Any children in the home must be supervised, as Nancy is a big girl and may knock smaller
children over.
Children must understand that bulldogs need time to settle in and have space to rest peacefully and uninterrupted.
Additional information:
Nancy is an incredible young lady, she has proved the tenacity and affection for her humans is engrained into her DNA. She is playful, cheeky and will steal your heart the moment you meet her. Any family will be truly honoured to become her forever home.

Please welcome the lovely Nancy to our GBSR family.
Nancy is a 3-year-old entire female.
Yesterday we were contacted by another rescue asking for help with two lovely young girls who had been abandoned in a house when the owners moved abroad.
The other rescue had already been involved as Nancy had a litter recently who had cleft palates of course the “greeder” couldn’t make money so they were cast aside.
The poor girls were riddled with flees, dirty and just neglected, with absolutely nothing to call their own.
Nancy was collected by Kate in the Midlands and has slotted in lovely with her two handsome boys. She has a beautiful, sweet nature and with a little TLC she will be ready to find her happily ever after.
