Walter – Now Adopted
Walter has been described by his foster family as placid, timid, and gentle. He doesn’t play rough, he prefers, tummy strokes and kisses.
Walter came into foster because he was fighting with another dog in the home, but he has no issues meeting dogs outside and is a happy walker.
Dogs name: Walter
Age: 3 Years and 6 months
Can live with children: Yes aged 10 years and over
Can live with dogs: No
Can live with cats: Untested
Current location: Gateshead, Tyne & Wear
Things to be aware of:
Walter is a bit of a humper..!. This happens when he gets excited, and it’s managed with a firm NO when he starts to do it.
We are rehoming Walter as entire as he is chemically castrated at present BUT he will need sterilizing in his new home. We will liaise with Walter’s new family to organise and pay for this.
The ideal home:
Walter is currently being fostered in an active household and loves and loves being around people and being involved in family life so we will be looking for a similar home for him.
Any children in the family home will need to be dog savvy and be aged 10 years and over, just because Walter will try and hump when he gets excited.
Walter is a gorgeous boy who will love having his very own family. He tolerates travelling in the car, although he does do this with his eye closed all the way.
We will consider a new home for Walter up to 4 hours from his current location in the Northeast
Walter’s adoption donation fee is £450 and will need to be paid in full prior to him going home which will also be subject to a home check.
